Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Once you receive your tracking email, your order should be received by the carrier within 1-2 business days. We are not able to see any additional tracking information than what is provided by the carrier's tracking. Please be patient as there may be delays with mail depending on volume which sometimes means packages can take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive.

 

We take pride in our diligence in packing your order with the utmost attention and care which means that once an order is dropped off at the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for items damaged, broken, or delayed/lost/stolen. This means you are not eligible for a refund or store credit for items damaged, broken, delayed, lost, or stolen.

 

Inclement Weather

 

Coconut wax is a very soft wax and will start to melt if exposed to hot temperatures for long periods. Please be aware that your candles can be affected by severe exposure to hot temperatures of 80 degrees or higher for long periods. Typically, mail trucks and warehouses are not air-conditioned.

To help minimize the risks associated with shipping in hot weather, candles are shipped in a thermal bag with a disposable gel ice pack. We recommend upgrading to priority shipping as insurance is included and allows you to file a claim with USPS. 

 

We cannot send replacement items or refund items for weather-related flaws.

 

Missing Packages

 

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it you will need to contact the shipping carrier's (USPS or UPS) local office. Your local office will be able to provide quicker service. Ask for the details of that day's delivery. If the package still is not found, you will need to call USPS or UPS to file a claim to see if the package is eligible for a claim.

 

We do not provide store credit or refunds for items marked delivered but not received.

 

Returned Address

 

If your package is returned due to an issue with your address, you must contact us and you will be charged for shipping to send your package back out (whether you paid for shipping or received free shipping). We do not change your shipping address from what you type in or is saved to your account; we are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses or forwarding issues.

 

If you experience an issue with an order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for us to be able to assist you with any concerns.

Customs
 

The customer is responsible for all duties and fees. If the buyer refuses a package due to fees, they forfeit their purchase. We cannot reimburse you for the loss. We can resend the package if the seller provides the secondary shipping costs. 

 

Order Processing Time:

​

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. If your order is placed after business hours, on weekends, or a holiday, the processing time starts on the next business day. Business days are considered Monday through Friday.

Return & Exchange Policy

All orders are final. Orders are not eligible for cancellation, returns, or exchanges.

Jewelry

We are not responsible for damage to jewelry after it has been worn. Please make sure you understand bead sizing (measured in mm) before purchasing as we do NOT accept returns/exchanges. Stretchy band bracelets will only stretch so far before snapping. We will not send replacements or issue refunds if you break your jewelry.

 

Candles

Even though orders under $50 are insured, shipping carriers will not reimburse for melted candles.

Natural Stones

Natural stones have varying shades, line patterns, and inclusions. Natural stones may have chips, cracks, and other imperfections. We cannot guarantee perfect points or stones, as natural stones are rarely “perfect”.
